1. So I don’t know if it’s easy to use because you can’t open it until you need it but it seems sturdy and easy to use. At least let’s hope so if I ever have to use it!!
2. Hard to really “rate” this product as you’re only supposed to open and unfurl in an emergency. The weight makes me think it’s pretty well built, but it still seems completely manageable. Hopefully I never have to test it in real life, but it’s a good feeling to know I have it.
3. Do Not Unfold ! We opened our box and unfolded our ladder to make sure it went all the way to the ground from our apartment. While refolding we noticed the Instructions stated- One Time Use Only Do Not Unfold . Luckily we were able to refills.
